Scheduling Coordinators:
Gail and Arriane will be your first point of contact when entering
our office. Their responsibility is to handle your calls, greet
patients and parents and schedule appointments in a courteous,
efficient and professional manner. We understand the value of time
to our patients and their families, and our scheduling coordinators
will do everything possible to ensure your needs are met.

Office Administrators:
Kiersten, our treatment coordinator, will initially meet you
at your consultation visit, at which time she will assist Dr. Chumak
in your initial examination. She will provide you with a personalized
introduction to the world of orthodontics. Kiersten is also your
contact in the office who can answer any financial concerns you
may have regarding your orthodontic treatment.
Judy is our administrative coordinator. She ensures that we have a smooth running office and the needs of the staff are met. Occasionally you will meet her at the front desk to schedule your appointment or see her at her computer attending to Dr. Chumak’s correspondence.

Level II Dental Assistants:
We have three dental assistants in our practice:
Joan, Caroline, and Marlene. Their varied duties include
ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, assisting Dr.
Chumak and our two hygienists, taking x-rays and impressions,
preparing study models, explaining your treatment plan
and answering your questions. As brushing and flossing
are very important during orthodontic treatment, they
are always available to review oral hygiene instructions
with you.

Dental Hygienists:
Our two dental hygienist, Johanne and Christine, are fluent in both official languages and are specially trained as orthodontic hygienists. They will fit your orthodontic appliances and provide instructions regarding wear and care. You will see both Johanne or Christine throughout your treatment for regular adjustments of your braces.
